Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return: email [email protected] with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exclusions

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • Clearance and sale items are final sale.
  • Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order number. We will send a replacement or full refund.
